Any dreamteam for phase 4 heroic Rancor?

hey guys, i'm having some troubles with the phase 4 of the rancor's heroic raid... so, i looking for more toons who can help me with this. any suggestions?

the problem is, my teebo doesnt work on phase four even with 60% potency, i got tmr few times(like 4 times), i have qgj, fives for slow speed(doesnt work too), elder ewok... but still cant do more than 20-30% of dmg to his hp
