Palpatine Thrawn etc are legendary events that will come around once every 3-4 months.

Marquee events like Nihilus are one time events to get the new character it is then around 8-12 weeks after the event the character becomes farmable e.g. Nihilus being on a hard node now

They've talked about re-introducing marquee chars in some way or another, for newer players. Guess we won't be affected. ShT - looking at you
