We have like 3 games modes besides from our daily chores they make us do. Grand Arena was not working. Any one have any success stories on requesting refunds or anything? I’ve spent $5,000-$10,000 easily here and have never gotten any kind of support ever. Wondering if it’s time to talk to someone higher than EA. Any stories? Advice?
So you didn't get any support after your first dollar, or $10, or $100, and decided to keep going spending money?
No, i only ask that they respect what i bought (a chance pack is upto the buyer). I dont think refunds would get anywhere but i think the previous poster is missing the complete lack of where does a user go when things go wrong? A public forum to air all your details, get zero response and nil interaction until one day you get an email ingame.
I dont know how EA could manage the millions of players across all games so you would like to think simple point of sales would exist. They make their own problems and forum managers here probably have to filter out hundreds if not thousands of posts.
As for refunds specifically for game failures thats on the player base to spend or not.
