Anyone notice this about TB?

Does TB remind you of GW? TB seems to be a blown up version of GW. Eats up too much time. -would love to be able to use my sims in TB - the 6/6 waves? reduce them to 3... Its really time for...

I am somewhat new and don't have a lot of extra teams, so when I use my Phoenix or rogue one on a special mission I don't have enough left to do the regular missions, and I take a huge dive in the contribution rankings. Is 7 tokens better than 300k points? I kinda doubt it.
