Anyone noticed the drop rate for items is worse?

I've noticed lately it looks like the drop rate for certain items has gone down, before I could get 4-6 and sometimes even 8 character shards, now I usually get 2 or no shards with the occasional 5 s...

I track my farms and have noticed no change. The only thing you noticed is that you've possibly hit a streak of bad RNG, and even that may not be true. Seen this post a hundred times before. Always vibes, feelings, "I've noticed", never any data.
