Aphra double dipping

This has bugging me since aphra came out but I finally got fed up with trying to puzzle it out myself. 

In Aphra’s unique ability, she references “Dark side droid, dark side scoundrel, Darth Vader, and Krrsantan allies” to gain stats based on her potency. My confusion comes from the mention of dark side scoundrels AND jetsam tan separately. Krrsantan IS a dark side scoundrel, so he shouldn’t need a name callout to gain the stats like Darth Vader does. One of my first conclusions is that Krrsantan is gaining double the stats. He’s being called out twice, so he gains double the stats, the same way Darth Vader’s unique ability counts allies that are both Empire and sith as two separate units, and counts them twice. However, the abilty goes on to say “Hacked commando droid instead gains 60% [double the original amount].” If the intent of the ability was to give Krrsantan double the stats, why not give him a call out like this one. If anyone has any answers please share.
