Appreciation for the geonosian reworks

Just wanted to make a quick post thanking CG for the geonosian reworks and the addition of the Brood Alpha. They are now a great team to use both on offense and defense (unless your opponent has Jawas geared), and they helped me win against my last two GA opponents. I’ve also got my g8 spy to crit for 173k! I think the devs really did a great job with the geonosians.

    Mine are 55,000gp and I've beat bastila/Jedi, Carth squads, Phoenix, BH (not bossk lead),etc all at 89,000+gp. They do struggle with kru/bossk type taunt/recover health/protect though sometimes because of damage/recover per hit rate

    I know I placed them on defense gac and they survived five battles front line vs stronger opponents and whooped a 102k Carth squad today on offense

    I, too, am thoroughly enjoying my bugs. I've got them G12'd save the Alpha (50 shards to go!), and they're absolute monsters in GA. It's also really nice to go in with an undersized team and still have a 5-man squad with the Brute pre-summon zeta.

    Spy's special is amazing now, though I suspect when I try it in GeoTB it'll crit for 10k :)
