ARC Trooper Jesse - Kit Concept/Fan Idea (Reworked)

So this is a reworked Kit Concept of my previous ARC Trooper Jesse. I've touched up some of the kit and tweaked most of it. I added an Omicron as well. Originally, I was gonna add a third Special with a summon, but I decided against it. As with more recent Kit Concepts, when I say "501st Leaders", I mean 501st characters with the Leader tag.

This is my sixth kit concept. I hope you like what's here!


Name: ARC Trooper Jesse

Tags: Light Side, Attacker (TAC), Leader, 501st, Clone Trooper, Galactic Republic

Relic Amplifier: Jesse's Phase II ARC Trooper Helmet

Offensive Clone Attacker able to resist enemy manipulation and motivates his fellow clone brothers.

Basic: DC-17 Blaster Pistols (Omega)
Spoiler
Deal Physical damage to target enemy. If there is another active 501st ally, this attack has +10% Offense for each active 501st ally, doubled for 501st Leaders.

332nd Company: attack again and inflict Tenacity Down for 2 turns, which can't be Resisted or Dispelled.


Special 1: Victory Through Valor (Cooldown 3 turns; Omega)

Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Offense Down for 2 turns. If the target enemy already had Offense Down or Tenacity Down, gain Advantage and Offense Up for 2 turns. If ARC Trooper Jesse already has Advantage, grant it to another 501st Clone Trooper who already doesn't have it for 2 turns.

If all 501st Clone Troopers already have Advantage, this attack has +50% Critical Damage, doubled if ARC Trooper Jesse has Shien Form.

332nd Company: 501st Clone Troopers with Advantage gain Speed Up for 2 turns and +25% Offense until the end of their next turn.


Special 2: After Them! (Cooldown 3 turns; Omega)

Call all 501st Clone Troopers to Assist. These assists deal 20% less damage. All 501st Clone Troopers gain 50% Turn Meter and gain +15% Critical Damage (stacking), doubled if Commander Ahsoka Tano is an ally, until the end of the encounter.

332nd Company: 501st Clone Troopers also gain Retribution and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.


Leader: 501st ARC Trooper Lieutenant (Omega)

501st allies have +20% Max Protection, +15% Offense and +15 Speed, doubled for 501st Clone Troopers. Whenever a 501st Clone Trooper ally scores a Critical Hit, all 501st allies gain 25% Turn Meter.

If Commander Ahsoka Tano is an ally, all 501st Clone Trooper allies gain 332nd Company until the end of Battle, or Commander Ahsoka Tano is defeated. This effect does not activate if Commander Ahsoka Tano is in the ally slot.

332nd Company: assist whenever Commander Ahsoka Tano uses an ability during her turns.


Unique: Resilient 501st Veteran (Zeta & Omicron)

Whenever Jesse is inflicted with Stun, he gains 60% Turn Meter. Jesse is immune to Turn Meter Manipulation and Cooldown Increase from Dark Side Unaligned Force Users.

If all allies have Advantage during Jesse's turn, his attacks remove 20% Turn Meter when attacking an enemy and he gains 15% Turn Meter. These effects are doubled if the target has Offense Down or Tenacity Down.

While Jesse has 332nd Company, his abilities gain additional effects.

While in Grand Arenas: ARC Trooper Jesse also deals True damage when attacking enemies while he has Advantage.


My synergy suggestions are Commander Ahsoka Tano, CT-7567 "Rex", CT-5555 "Fives", CT-21-0408 "Echo". CAT for obvious reasons, so every 501st Clone Trooper has 33nd Company.
