Malevolence is farmable from the GE store, but ARC Trooper is missing in action from the Cantina. It is the 27th.

and before that today that you circled, it says NOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER. It also did not say when on the 27th it would become farmable, could be 11pm if you want to be technical...
nor did that state that "today's" update included the Arc trooper...you assumed that part
and under the Content Update it states:
"ARC Trooper will be available on Cantina Battles 5-G after tomorrow’s update, 11/27. This is replacing Clone Wars Chewbacca, which is still farmable on Cantina Battles 1-C."
