Are you ever going to fix the Unending Loyalty bug???

This has been a problem for a year and a half, and it still hasn't been addressed. @CG_Doja_Fett @CG_SBCrumb is this still being looked into? It's incredibly frustrating to deal with in Negotiator mir...

This situation arises from HI being in place, so that will not solve all the cases.
