Arena is dull and boring

The advantage is much larger roster (which means quicker adjustment to shifting meta) and general earlier access to all the goodies due to being able to accelerate progress. It doesn't mean you're paying for a permanent God Mode.
No one wants a permanent God mode, not I nor whales and krakens. That would also be 'dull'.
That isn't what I mentioned please reread, if you must.
You said you want an advantage over F2P and feel you don't have it. Except that you do. Maybe not over 100% of F2P but you do over most. You have more teams to choose from and can gear them faster. What kind of advantage were you looking for that wouldn't make arena dull?
