Personally I would just stop fighting back for awhile and see if he doesn't stop also. I'd give it at least a week. :) I only fight back 1. During my hour 2. Against people not in my hour.
Anything else is inviting trouble.
Really silly to start at ten and use two refreshes, lolol. Even with 5 people, there's room for all of you in sniping range. People ahead of u cant drag u back, dude. Lol.
