The Thrawn trilogy is officially sanctioned media. Where you got this idea that it's "non-official" I have no idea. If it were unofficial, then Lucasfilm at the time would've been able to sue Timothy Zahn and Thrawn would've never later appeared in TIE Fighter, Empire at War or Rebels.
If you're referring to Willrow Hood, he's an official character and his lore has been expanded upon in further OFFICIAL expanded universe stories. Wookieedpia is a fan repository of information on all OFFICIAL media, meaning a fan fiction character like yours is 100% unlikely to have a Wookieedpia article of its own.
The bottom line is that fan fiction characters like yours are 100% unlikely to be considered for SWGOH, only those which have first appeared in official media.
The bottom line we can both agree on. I'm not pretending that this character will ever be added to the official game, no. Though that would be awesome, it's a forlorn hope. But that's the point of a concept. What "could" be. I'm only putting these OC kits up because I asked in an earlier post if people would be interested, and was met with positive reception. If you don't like the idea, don't read it. You're under no obligation to.
