You're definitely doing something wrong.
Firstly, you aren't completing all of your Dailies if you're only level 51.
Secondly Cantina 2B is level 37 enemies. What possible reason could there be that you aren't beating enemies 14 levels below you?
If you've got some time could you take a screen shot of your characters so we can see if you've missed something.
