- Itll be the R2 event. Lukes hero journey will not be a reoccuring event. Only Legendary events will be.

Confirmed- Someone posted the time since last appearance of the various Legendary events and it's been longest since R2, so I retract everything and think it's a good bet it'll be next.

Uhm.. Recurring is another way of saying periodic. Could you please elaborate as to why Luke’s Hero Jouney isn’t periodic?

It's not a recurring event because you can only play it once. It will not recur for me since I beat it the first time. And Capgasp has already said that hero's journeys aren't getting mythics.- Why does everyone keep saying if you don't have R2 you have had plenty of chances. New People play this game as well; R2's first appearance for me was when I was level 54, 7* was not possible then. I'm now 79 with and actually ready for him. Was everyone ready for CLS with only one R2 event prior to his event.
