He's anti-"a lot of teams" and of course the devs felt compelled to overload his kit because that's what brings in all the money
The thing is...he doesn't hit a lot better than barris.
That's cause he doesn't need damage to royally mess up the other team. He takes enough turns and has enough potency that his debuffs WILL stick on the enemy.
