He hits weakly but if he hit hard everyone would cry. The guy, even at gear 8. Is a game changer. His kit is awesome and he compliments many builds. This guy is a lot of fun, and gives you so many options for builds as he is a dodge and taunt counter.
If he did more damage everyone would get him just to be able to be competitive!
It's good that he doesn't hit as hard.
