B2 garbage?

I thought it was the new P2P extremely powerfull toon for top teams for the rich and i feared him and today i got to rank 20 in the arena (for some reason i haven't been attacked in 48 hours so could go from rank 90 to 20 with 2 attacks left now) and so i got to the beasts in my arena who use B2 and i was 100% sure i was gonna lose and he was absolute garbage ..... he had 6K power so g8-9 i think? Maybe that was the weakness or is that already high gear for him? He had 16k health + protection (wasn't much) and he hit litterly for 1-1.5K damage with his basic and special...? In the top level arena for gear 10-11 toons?? And his attacks were at level 7 so that wasn't the problem either
Is that normal..? His debuffs were irritating though but doesn't make up for the damage weaker as RG
Btw i easily won the battle with gear 9 squad yeey
