Touch up for IG-88
Since we got some support to Aurra Sing, Lets see more Bounty Hunter support. I will say for a good long while once Bounty Hunters were reworked and touched up, they were that team that you used for certain teams. Even the (Needed rework of BFSOJ) was able to take out LV teams in TW until His Clone team was made. We need more again. Yes 4-LOM and Zuckuss coming out will help with this, yet we do need more. They were the team that would either help take out a single unit that stopped the major synergy of a team or was vital to taking care of certain teams that just got in the way and you didn't want to use anything bigger. Well lets get these Bounty Hunters touched up to be better. Here are my suggested Changes to IG-88. Changes in Red!
Mortal Wound:
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Healing Immunity for 2 Turns. IG-88 gains Health up, Health Steal, and Evasion up for 2 turns when damaging a Target Lock Enemy. IG-86 also gains these bonuses.
Rapid Fire:
Deal Physical damage to all enemies with a 85% chance to inflict Ability Block for 1 Turn and a 65% chance to inflict Defense Down for 2 turns. If an enemy is Critically Hit, inflict Target Lock for 3 turns.
Resourceful Pursuer:
All allies have +20% Critical Chance, Critical Damage, and Critical Avoidance, Doubled for Bounty Hunters and Dark Side Droids, and inflict a Damage Over Time effect whenever they score a Critical Hit. When a Dark Side Droid ally inflicts a debuff that's not a Target Lock, or Critically hits an enemy, they inflict Target Lock for 2 turns.
When IG-88 is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:
Contract: Score Critical Hits against debuffed enemies 10 times. Enemies must be debuffed before the start of an attack to count progress. (Only Bounty Hunter and Dark Side Droid allies can contribute to the Contract.)
Reward: All Bounty Hunter and Dark Side Droid allies gain +30%, Health Steal, Offense, and Potency for the rest of the battle and their Payouts are activated.
Adaptive Aim Algorithm:
IG-88 has +50% Critical Damage and Max Health and recovers 50% Health whenever he damages a Target Locked enemy. In addition, he has +20% Offense for each debuffed enemy and +50% Evasion against Target Locked enemies. While IG-88 is active, Target Locked enemies can't recover Health or Protection. If a Dark Side Droid ally damages a enemy with both Target lock and Ability block or Target Lock and Burning they deal 30% extra damage, 15% to Galactic Legends. If IG-86 is an ally at the start of battle IG-86 gains the Scoundrel and Bounty Hunter Tag.
IG-88's Payout:
When IG-88 receives a Reward from a Contract, he also gains the following Payout. (Contracts are granted by certain Bounty Hunter Leader Abilities.)
Payout: For the rest of the battle, IG-88's Critical Hits to enemies reduce their Tenacity by -10% (stacking), his attacks ignore 50% Defense of Target Locked enemies, and he has +25% Offense if there is an enemy with Target Lock. If IG-86 is an ally when this contract is active, IG-86 also gains this Payout! Both IG-88 and IG-86 take Reduced damage to Health Based damage effects and dispel all debuffs and recover 25% Health and Protection when the contract is active.
