He is going to get a 40% chance to gain 100% TM on allies attacks being hit or their attacks being dodged. Pair him up with RG and you got a monster that can't be countered because B2 is classified as a tank, so I really doubt he's going to die quickly. People will still have to worry about dodge teams and Rey dodging attacks. Your just making more toons to nerf CG. Please fix dodge because one character can't counter dodge!
