Bad episode quest.
So how exactly are we supposed to get the episode quest for 3 GAC attacks done when it’s in the middle of the GAC off cycle?

The “middle” of the off cycle? Attack phase went live 3 hrs after this quest was revealed. How you can call that the middle is beyond me.
There have been plenty of Episode Quests that can't be done right away when they are live. You just need to wait a few hours or a day for some of them.
