Ban, and why I am disappointed and sad about how support treated me.

First things first, it's may be a year since I'm trying to get in touch with anyone who I could talk to, EA support once redirected me to some CGLucifersdaddy or something, he didn't responded, then I tried to contact anyone from CG team and now I realized that EA forum looks different (maybe updated, I don't know) but I can't find any messages. I wanted to know why my account got banned long time ago, even that I don't remember playing on it that much, and we all can agree that support didn't helped me at all, such a pity. If I'm not wrong my Ally Code was 924-631-225, now what I would like it's just any response from devs, literally anything, it would be nice to play again but at least I want to finally know why am I banned, and I'm disappointed and sad when I look at my old screenshots from game, because no one from support cared to help
