Banned for no reason

I’m no expert, but their GAC history looks ok to me, as much as is available anyway. Doesn’t mean there isn’t another reason mind…

I've never had any issues with the game, I don't converse with anyone through the chat. I don't understand what I did wrong, I've called the EA helpline but they just sent me here, I've messaged EA help on twitter and I got no reply from them.

Look, most bans are due to hacking of battles on the client side that lead to completely implausible results. ** I'm not accusing you ** but if you post your GAC results then that either riles that in, or out.

There might be false bans, lets not rule anyone out without investigating

Standard operation from people who wont and can't help you. I've had an ingame issue for a year or so now, I've provided screen shots, each day or each week its a bunch of dead end responses then "have you tried the forum" yeah I have and I don't see why anyone on a public forum would top up my account with items I bought I never got.


I'm not surprised they sent you here, none of the people that ever respond on the ingame answer anything, use real names and when they don't know what to do, they end the chat. I hope your figure out why your account was banned, my got banned last year for no apparent reason either for a week, never used any cheat codes (wouldn't even know how) and at the most I've spent a total of $10 USD on the game in 6 years of playing it.

what’s your current ally code ( i assume you still play the game under a new account since you are still here a year later)
