Banned without reason?

Hi All,

Hoping this gets some traction but on 1/9 I was banned for no reason. I have no way of knowing why I was banned. I have reached out to customer support to no avail and have submitted the ban appeal form. I have received zero emails to this point. Short of these 2 steps I have no idea what's going on with my account. Anyone ever gone through this before? Livid is an understatement as I've spent the better part of a decade playing and $$$$ spent.  SWGOH is one of the few things me and my autistic son connect on so this is extremely important to me.

    You have an awful lot of GAC wins under 60 seconds, but nothing that suggests cheating, particularly as you have had a bad time losing recently! So perhaps some algo they have picks up on fast wins but doesnt check context?

    Hopefully your appeal will work as seems undeserved.

    Only CG has access to all of the data used in making the determination.  But .gg shows a 5 second SK win against Rey/Ben (first battle so not a cleanup)…which is impossible (assuming the data is accurate which is not 100% guaranteed) without cheating.

    Yeah, if that was the only problem and everything else looked legit in an 8+ year old acct, I'd lean toward corrupted time data. But who knows. There's a lot to pour over and I don't have the data tools to do it easily.
