Invigorating Strike (Basic)

How much health up? There are characters with 15% like RG, and 30% like CWC.

I like this ability.
No One Left Behind (Special) (Cooldown: 6 turns)
Revive all defeated Galactic Republic allies at 40% Health. Then, all allies recover 40% Health, Protection and Turn Meter. This ability starts on Cooldown and has its Cooldown reduced by 1 whenever a Galactic Republic ally is defeated.
Considering how annoying Jolee is to face, I’m not sure how I feel about another mass reviver. Maybe lower the amount of health they are revived with to 10%, since they recover another 40% anyway.
Swift Recovery (Unique)
At the end of her turn, Barriss Dispels all debuffs on the debuffed ally with the lowest Health and gains 10% Turn Meter for each effect removed. Whenever an ally is Critically Hit, Barriss gains 10% Turn Meter. This effect is Disabled while Barriss is Defeated.
(Zeta) Whenever an ally is Critically Hit, that ally Recovers 20% of their Max Health. Barriss Offee’s Turn Meter gain effects can’t be Prevented.
I don’t see any problems with this, it looks the same except for the part that says TM gains can’t be prevented.
This looks like a pretty balanced rework, although quite a lot of healing. Nice job!
