Base Stat Increase touch up to older Characters, Concept.

So I am thinking of an Idea CG could do(which won't work sadly cause they won't see the future benefit of it for them, which would help with the longevity of the game). But adding some stats to older characters as a one time update to boost older characters in a unique ways and maybe make them slightly better. Just a huge older character stat dump to help them out. I am thinking of about 25% of various stats and or 25 speed depending on how slower they are. Some stats could be slightly higher to help them out even more. Here is a list of characters and stats that could help them, my thoughts and ideas for them. If there is any uniqueness about their kit with these stats I'll list them in there. Also the stats will be minimum of 3 but more up to no more than 5 or 6. Also not touching characters that have already been worked on. 

1. Wampa. Wampa already has some stats but only when he has Protection up. Here is my Fix idea for those stats in his Howling Rage Unique. "25% Critical Avoidance, Offense, Defense, Tenacity, and Potency, Doubled when Wampa has Protection up."
2. IG-86. 25% Crit Avoid, Health, Protection, Offense, and Defense. 
3. Visas Marr. 25% Health, Health Steal, Defense, and Tenacity.
4. Clone Wars Chewy. (Would have to add a unique for this) 35 Speed, 25% Tenacity, Health Steal, and Crit Avoid.
5. CUP(Coruscant Underworld Police). 25% Health Protection, Offense, Defense, and Potency.
6. Count Dooku. 25% Health, Protection, Offense, Defense.
7. Ugnaught. 40 Speed, 25% Tenacity, Potency, Offense, Defense, and Crit Avoid.
8. Admiral Ackbar. (Would have to add a unique for this) 25% Health Steal, Tenacity, Offense, and Defense. 
9. Enfys Nest. 25% Health, Tenacity, Potency, Crit Avoid, and Offense. 
10. Eeth Koth. 25% Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Crit Avoid, and Potency. Doubled vs Droids.
11. Kit Fisto.(Would be a full overhaul of his unique). 50% Counter Chance, 25% Offense, Defense, Health, and Accuracy.
12. Jedi Consular. 25 Speed, 25% Health, Health Steal, and Offense.
13. Jedi Knight Guardian. 35 Speed, 25% Health, Protection, Critical Chance, Crit Avoid.
14. Luminara Unduli. (Would add a Unique) 25 Speed, 25 % Potency, Critical Damage, and Crit Avoid. 
15. First Order Officer.(Would add a Unique) 25% Critical Damage, Critical Chance, and Critical Avoidance.
16. BB-8. 25% Tenacity, Crit Avoid, Defense, and Health Steal.
17. BHodhi Rook. 25 Speed, 35 % Protection, 25% Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and Crit Avoid.
18. Biggs Darklighter. 25% Health, Protection, Tenacity, and Health Steal.
19. Wedge Anntilles. 25% Health, Protection, Accuracy, Health Steal. 
20. Young Han Solo. 25% Protection, Tenacity, Potency, Accuracy, and Offense. 
21. Young Lando Calrissian. 25% Tenacity, Potency, Crit Avoid, and Crit Damage.
22. Lando Calrissian. 25 Speed, 25% Crit Chance( Up from 15% in the unique), Crit Damage, Crit Avoid, and Protection.

24. All Jawas(Becasue of their uniqueness of the Thermal Kits, here is a basic add to their stats to help them all out). 25 Speed, 25% Health, Protection, Offense, Defense, Potency, and Crit Avoid. 
25. Ima-Gun Di. 50% Counter Chance, 25% Tenacity, Potency, Health Steal, Offense, and Defense.

36. Grand Admiral Thrawn. 50% Counter Chance, Tenacity, Defense, Crit Avoid( Double these when Fracturing an enemy).

I know there are many more needed QOL needs. But these are I feel apart of them, keeping older characters relevant, especially since it does respect our investments long term. And allows for more plug in play with in even the current factions that CG is forcing all factions to be limited to their own.
