Bastilla (L) + Jmls + wat tech
How is that working as intended? Wat tech should only regen a character protection, not basts protection up. I know this an old thing, but that really needs to be fixed or wats ability description sho...

But then shouldn't seeps link decrease it if it's considered part of max protection? I see as seep shouldn't bc it was a separate protection, but if it's considered the same for wat, it should for seep. So a simple update to wat to say max protection and protection up doesn't seem unnecessary. Or add to Bastilla "this counts at part of max protection for recovery effects" or something along those lines. No reason for ambiguity here
