This is what I am thinking. I guess, since most people put up a facade online, they'd receive less "harsh" feedback in person. I've got the time, and my drive to Walnut Creek would be real easy.
I'm generally a positive person, but I think this is a feel good gesture. The two well responded threads started specifically for feedback by CG themselves, one took months for a reply, and the other has not been replied to yet. I'm not sure what they are looking for. I'd be happier if they addressed the current in-game problems first.
I agree, there should be plenty of data provided from the forums. If you do make the drive out, have fun!
