Baylan Skoll return?

I have to admit, I'm curious as well. Right now, I'm Huyang and Hera away from getting GL Ahsoka. I'm practically left dry on Signal Data and CCBs because of her. 3/4 of the Baylan Marquees are G11, but I'm still farming shards (GMs and Morgan at least are easier because of Cantina), so I'm kind of worried. If Baylan comes back late January/early February (though I'm hoping a week or two even later than that), I shouldn't have too much trouble.

First three times it’s gonna be a 3 months period, then for 3 months every month and after this 12 months he will rotate into the journey. 

but “be careful”, 3 months doesn’t mean 90 days. We got him in November, so we will get him in February next time. But we won’t know if he will show up early Feb or late or even last day of February. 

same for gungans btw. They will show up in Feb as well. After that every month for 3 months before they rotate into the journey. 

Yeah, I figured, ok so you think he came around November? that's kind of good I thought it was October, Sounds safe for late January or first 2 weeks of February. Jeez 3 months is a long time X_X

and yes I remember Jar Jar took a realllyyy long time to come back. so did JKCK.

His unique datacron expires on February 19th.   In my opinion, that is going to be the earliest they bring him back.  But they aren't necessarily obligated to that date either. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I for one am hoping that is the date. I should have enough time to finish Morgan & Co. by then.

October 31 was the official release date. My guess would be January 31.

It should have been an every month event just like Bo Mando, they were in the same event section. The ships are every month, Bo is every month, the other events in that same section were every month, so why should his event be any different? 

Grand Inquisitor wasn’t every month, and it was in the same event section. 

Could anyone who doesn’t already have Baylan obtain said datacron if they brought his event back tomorrow?

And your basis for the cadence above is what exactly?

There is no set cadence for these events. Usually we see intervals of about 90 days, but that is approximate and can have a very significant variance.
As mentioned by others here, there was Bo who got returned every month and we've had JarJar who returned after 113 days, there was JKCK who had one instance of 147 day wait, Grand Inq who had a whooping 184 days wait for first return and then returned second time after 91 days.

Our expectation is 90 days (nothing about monthly) but reality is that nobody know when Baylan will return, so best advice is to just get ready and then hope for the best.
