Baze was removed along with Sabine to 'freshen things up' I believe.
What would be refreshing is Shore and Death one year after release of they were rightly put into the fleet store. Can make it once in a blue moon but better than not at all. Fulcrum and Chirrut remain there despite no ship in game.
I'm already in a position where I'll max Tie Reaper before Shoretrooper.
Fingers crossed the much needed monster QoL update will address this and other things very soon indeed. I feel your pain as I'm farming him, too. It's a grind but keep going!
