Bespin Occupation: The new GAC feats
I'm liking the new feats for Season8 of GAC. (I don't always. I criticized "Wars not make one great" last time.)
I also love the art of Cloud City which you can win with the Bespin Occupation feat, and will definitely throw a match using a good squad to get win on the 2nd try with the required squad so I can get that one, (if necessary). I'll also definitely sacrifice as necessary for "Old Smoothy" and "Baron-Administrator". I don't know why I feel I have to have that last one, and maybe it's even the pairing with the Bespin art, but that one is a must.
The Slave1 art isn't quite a compelling as the Cloud City art. It's good in a technical sense (certainly I couldn't do better), but it doesn't have much emotion to it. I'll probably go for it, if I have the chance, but I won't mourn the loss if I don't get it.
Meanwhile, there's a couple that don't have titles that could.
I don't know, but it seems like adding titles would be very little programming effort, so I'm advocating adding a lot more titles. It's the kind of thing that increases the fun of the game without increasing the cost.
So I vote for adding the following titles to the following feats:
We Don't Need Their Scum (Appx 6/23)
I vote to add "Bounty Hunter Scum" as a title to be earned here. Nice symmetry with "Rebel scum", even if not quite as pointed.
...With the Rest of the Garbage (Appx 6/27)
"The Garbage" seems appropriate, and unlike most of the titles we have so far, it has a certain self-deprecating humor to it, which would appeal to a personality type that doesn't have any similar titles available, save perhaps "Rebel Scum".
Uncomfortable Dinner Party (Appx 6/16)
"Honored Guest" after Vader's line, "We would be honored if you would join us."
I also keep wanting to think up something for the "I am your father" feat, but "Your Father" seems to obvious, so obvious it makes it seem trite, and I don't wan't that. But there must be something good.
In short, great job with this months feats, and I felt the need to say so after criticizing the last ones. But ... more titles please?

- Win a Grand Arena battle using Darth Vader, Boba Fett, IG-88, Bossk, and Dengar
