Who would people say is the best scoundrel leader and why them and not others?

I like using 88 lead with Boba, Dengar, and Gamorrean Guard for an interesting dot team. 88 puts extra dots on Boba and Dengar's AOE.
I tried going the Cad route thinking it would be especially good for defense but wasn't too thrilled.
