Yeah the raid goes best when you have at least two on your team that can reduce turn meter. I find Teebo and QGJ work well together. Mods that are potency set or contain potency in the stats work very well for them. They do not have to be those 5 dot mods either I run a full 2 dot potency set on those two characters and I do over 2 million damage in T7 Rancor raid usually solo the first 2 phases. Teebo does get a nice potency jump from Gear 9 to 10. Bistan does work for rancor raid, but it is hard to get a team that can make the most of his frenzy and reduce the rancor's turn meter.
