If you think Boba is technically a mandalorian, you must think all clones are too?
Jango is a foundling. I don't know if kids of foundlings are mandalorians automatically, but Boba is not Jango's child. He is his clone. So Boba is no more a mandalorian than Rex, Cody or Omega.
