Boushh Leia Requirement Isn’t Triggering

I just used an Aurodium Lightspeed Token to upgrade Boushh Leia to Relic Five but the requirement for Jabba isn’t triggering

I had a similar occurrence last night. I came all the way back to the cantina, then made my way to the character profile. When the figure screen opened, the message saying that I had completed that stage of the Journey Guide popped up.
