Brazilian situation

Every since we lost the crystal packs, I thought that once I could do the age verification check, the packs would come back. I have done the verification, but still no packs. Support only tells I have to check this forum for uptades. It's been months without crystal packs and still hurts progression a lot. Does anyone know anything about updates on this problem?
