Brought the LSB and got crystals instead

I had this happen once a few months back with some item as well and the strange part was that I received this item some weeks later all of a sudden?

So do i work on that character cuz i was looking forward to helping my guild with reva

but now this has pushed me back. 
I tried to do live support and push a ticket but how am I supposed to put platform when they arent accepting any character string or any letter of the alphabet and its a required field.
