Bugs again... Jar Jar event tier 1

Let's solve this please, 3 months of waiting, farming 4 characters, for another bug to happen.....it's difficult, developers.... you are reducing our desire to stay in the game...
Other issues I'm taking with this:
- Our guild has a Naboo raid ending soon. I was waiting to unlock Jar Jar. Not unlocking him will affect my output and rewards.
- The galactic challenge rewards will be affected by not having him.
- After I got all 4 Gungans to r5 and their mods about where they need to be, I've been saving all of my resources so I can take Jar Jar right to r7 or better & max his abilities. I've spent 3 months upgrading no one else - I'd like to be able to move on and start playing the game again.
