Buy Kylo Ren Command Shuttle in shipment

I could not participate in Generals's Command event because I short 8 KRCS shards.
I have to wait for the next event before I can start earning Finalizer shards.
I had the same problem with Hounds Tooth.
I could not participate in Executor event because I did not have 7* HT.
Every 6 hours I scanned shipments for KRCS shards with no luck.
I have 2 suggestions:
1. Put KRCS shards in shipments for crystals, fleet tokens, guild tokens, guild event tokens and raid tokens.
Also put all Bounty Hunter ships in shipments.
Bounty Hunter and Bounty Hunter ships are needed for many events.
2. Make Hard nodes 100% drop rate.
For example:
100% drop rate with x% chance getting 1 shard
100% drop rate with x% chance getting 2 shard
100% drop rate with x% chance getting 3 shard
100% drop rate with x% chance getting 4 shard
100% drop rate with x% chance getting 5 shard
Simming a hard node with 1 refresh and getting no shards make my blood boil.
