Buying Data Cards

Hi!

So far I enjoy the game,there are some good ideas, and it's pretty well designed, but there is a very big problem with the Data Cards.. The characters, characters shards and the gears+materials needs to be separated. I wasted real money buying Data cards, bu receiving gears or materials instead of characters, and this is extremely frustrating.. I don't mind wasting gems received in-games on gears, materials or characters shards, but not gems bought with real money.. If I spend real money on this game, I expect nothing less than full characters.

For this game to survive and make money from players, you will have to change this system, and make spending real money more rewarding for players.

Aaron, I would like to suggest you and rest of the team to look into shards/character pull from packs for characters that already reached 7 stars. I have excessive shards for certain characters (Promoted to 7 stars/Have enough shards to reach 7 stars) and they don't seem to be doing anything. I hope there's a system in place where characters that can no longer be promoted or with enough shards gathered to reach 7 stars will not come up in packs. I think that'd be a better way to incentivize people to purchase packs.

We do have future plans for a way to trade in excess shards for something.

Just out of curiosity, where did your extra shards come from? Which characters did you get to seven stars already?
