Bye bye god mods

Seems mods with great speed have completely vanished. I haven’t had a mod go over 14 speed in a few months now. Anyone else??

@Nationality true, on certain characters, but not on Shore. He regains health frequently but with Range around he regains protection almost as frequently.

Also, feel free to trade me a health primary arrow with +23 speed anytime. Seeing as how I don't have any I'm using it on the most appropriate toon possible.
