Cad Bane Rework, why not better???

Thought it was kind of weird to hype summoning the Buttler Droid and then not putting it in your suggested kit. 

IMO you've made For The Right Price a bit strong. I'd suggest summoning TODO as part of the payout, so he doesn't start with it, and then have TODO grant weaker bonuses to all BH that are doubled if Jabba is the leader. 

This will affect team comp choices by encouraging an all-BH Hutt Cartel squad (meaning some ppl may choose to drop Skif Lando) but it doesn't require it. It doesn't negate the BH bonuses if a non-BH is present. That toon just doesn't get TODO's bonuses. 

And the bonuses can even be just as strong, since they're dependent on reaching the contract. (And also bc it requires a GL to access them.) 

Aw, heck. I just remembered that Jabba disallows summons. Well, then I'm not sure. I still like the summon idea, but you'd have to work it in some other way. Perhaps put it with the Leadership Omicron. 

Oh, and a last note, why say that TM can't be manipulated by enemies? Why not just say immune to TM reduction? That would require less programming since other toons already have that feature, so the code is written, it would just need to be implemented on CB.
