Calo Nord Character Kit Concept

Unit Name: Calo Nord
Affiliation: Dark Side

BASIC: Go away...

Deals special damage to the target enemy twice and calls a random Sith Empire or Bounty Hunter ally to assist. If the assisting ally is a Sith Empire, that ally and Calo Nord gain +50% Turn Meter (limit once per turn) and the target enemy gains 2 stacks of Damage over Time for 2 turns. If the assisting ally is a Bounty Hunter, that ally gains +100% Turn Meter and the target enemy gains 2 Thermal Detonators for 3 turns.

SPECIAL 1: Nobody gets away from Calo Nord (CD=2)

Remove all Turn Meter on target enemy. Deal special damage to all enemies plus bonus special damage increased by 1% per Turn Meter removed from target enemy and inflict Daze and Blind on enemies for 2 turns. An addition, inflict on target enemy Heal Immunity and Stagger for 2 turns. All Sith Empire allies gain 10 stacks of Ferocity for 2 turns. Bounty Hunter allies gain Bonus Protection (40%) for 2 turns. 

SPECIAL 2: One... Two... (CD=5)

Calo Nord gain 1 stack of Countdown (max 3). Calls all Bounty Hunter allies to assist. Allied Dark Side Bounty Hunters deal 60% more damage. Sith Empire allies gain +100% Turn Meter and recover for 40% Health. Dispel all buffs on all enemies.

Countdown: +30% Attack per stack.

LEADER: The most notorious (Zeta)

All allied Dark Side Bounty Hunters gain +150% Critical Damage and +20% Speed. When Calo Nord is in the Leader slot, and not the Ally slot, the following Contract is active:

Contract: Inflict 25 stacks of Damage over Time effect.

Reward: All allied Bounty Hunters's Payouts are activated and all enemies gain Fear for 2 turns.

UNIQUE 1: I am hard to kill (Zeta)

Calo Nord gain +75% Max Protection and 50% Evasion. This effects doubled if Calo Nord has debuffs.

An addition, while Calo Nord is active:

  • All Thermal Detonators deal bonus True damage equal to 7% of Calo Nord's Max Protection.
  • When Calo Nord or allied non-tank Bounty Hunters are Health falls below 50%, they gain +20% Defense until the rest of the battle (stacking) and Stealth for 2 turns.
  • Allied Bounty Hunters, Sith Empire allies, and Calo Nord are immune to Stun and Daze and Instant-defeat attacks. 
  • When Calo Nord has 3 Countdown stacks, he gains the Furious Barrage ability.

Furious Barrage: Dispel all stacks of Countdown on himself. Then deal True damage to all enemies 3 times and inflict Vulnerable, Blind and 5 stacks of Damage over Time effect on them for 2 turns. Then, use "Go away..." ability on target enemy, dealing 200% more damage. This attack can't be evaded and used if Calo Nord has less than 3 Countdown stacks. 

UNIQUE 2: Calo Nord's Payout 

Whenever Calo Nord receives Rewards from a Contract, he also gains the following Payout. (Contracts are granted by certain Bounty Hunter Leader Abilities.)

Payout: +20% Offence, Speed and Max Defence. In starts of the Calo Nord turn, all enemies lose 35% Turn Meter.

  • The TM manipulations are a bit much. You're basically granting another ally a bonus turn whenever you use a basic ability - maybe tone it down a bit and add that the TM gains only happen during his turn.

    And removing 45% TM at the start of all his turns whenever he hits contract is also a little extreme. Maybe 20 or even 15%? Solid kit overall
