Can’t purchase crystals from the store

Hi is anyone else having trouble purchasing crystals from the store? It won’t let me purchase them. I have an active account etc, I have more than enough money in my billing account and every time I try to purchase crystals I get this…. It’s like cg doesn’t want my money. 🤷🏻‍♂️
