Can a dev please confirm that a speed primary mod CAN NOT roll a speed secondary? IE: 30 speed primary stat with a 12 speed secondary

Yes that's because they don't exist. I'm glad they don't too, because that would create an even bigger mod discrepancy with speed. But I'm fairly certain any of the right-side mods don't drop the same primaries and secondaries, but I'd have to look to see if that's correct.
