Can not log into swgoh

For the past two days I can not log into the swgoh app on my iPhone. Not on Wi-Fi, etc, the screen is black. This has never happened before and I have missed out on daily events, guild events, GAC, rewards, etc. Someone has either hacked your system or something is majorly wrong. Please help me get back in and please reimburse me for the rewards lost from the past two days. Thank you
