Can someone explain what's this ?

Usually the lock symbol means theres no reinforcement because the capital ship isn't high enough stars to qualify for that spot. An "X" usually means they qualify but didnt place reinforcements to fill all the spots. Since its showing clone Sargent with a red shadow that usually means it was one of the reinforcements that got called and then died. Probably jist a visual bug.
