Can someone please answer.....

Maybe I am missing something on how it is decided who goes first in Arena... Is it random or does the "fastest toon" decide what team goes first?

Fastest character should go first. If 2 characters have the same speed, reach 100% tm at the same time, than rng picks who goes first.
  • If it is speed (which it should be) I'm confused why an opponents Biggs with a speed of 159 went before my TIE with a speed of 200 in Arena? What am I missing?

Did your opponent have wedge on the team? Maxed wedge will give Biggs +45 speed for a speed of 204.

You can't just look at the characters speed you have to look at unique and leader bonuses.

Thank You! I didn't think the Wedge was maxed, but it must have been.

People always forget synergies and abilities. Either a leader, partner or another toon that adds or removes turn meter.
