Can you repeat special missions?

This sounds right from everything I read.

I believe the OP is referring to the part about a guild not completing a phase and when the next phase opens up for guilds that did complete it, it would reopen for guilds that didn't complete it.

If they reopen a phase does that guild get to run the special mission again? I would hope not that seems like a big loophole.

Ya that's what I was wondering to. You could tank the 1st phase on purpose and just keep re-doing the special missions? Would be a huge loophole.

That was why I doubt that's possible. But if it looks like our guild is not able to progress a territory, it'd be nice to know which of the remaining options will be used: if you don't get ROLO shards if you don't complete the territory, you're better off using your toons for the special mission for other stuff, whereas if you can't repeat the special mission, then it's best to just focus everything in that territory and get ROLO shards and stars there, while leaving the middle territory for phase 4.

Obviously this only applies for weak guilds, string guilds shouldn't have any issue progressing in all territories in p3 and completing the special mission. Our guild is in the middle. I think we can complete all territories up to phase 4, but better safe than sorry!
