Can't be promoted as Officer - SWGOH

Hi everyone, I would like to ask for information about a problem we are experiencing in the guild on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, the leader has decided to promote me as an officer but for some reason she can't, a popup appears saying "you cannot promote this user". I searched the forum far and wide and the problem could be caused by an account considered for minors, I checked the account and this is not the case. Can you help me? Have you found any solution regarding this?

    Hey this appears to have been fixed with the update that rolled out yesterday. I was able to be promoted after that and no other changes happened anywhere so I’m assuming that was it. Hoped you can get in there now!

    I’m also in the same boat. My guild leader is trying to promote me but is getting the same message. I saw all the older posts talking about a minor account but I do not have one. Also a minor account apparently doesn’t allow for in game chat, but I’ve always had in game chat so definitely not a minor account. I’ve looked for every security setting I could possibly think of that would block that and still no luck. My leader just tried for the first time yesterday so maybe this is happening to everyone right now. Additionally, my in game help function will not load so I can’t report the issue in the app.
